Our main service to domestic clients is the preparation and submission of architectural plans that you require for alterations and/or extensions to your home for Local Authority Planning and Building Control approval.

Typical examples include single or two storey extensions, garages, loft conversions, internal refurbishment/remodelling and conservatories.
We can deal with all the paperwork and liaison with the Local Authorities for your applications.

As part of the service we would undertake the following:

• Carry out a full measured survey of your home and produce existing architectural plans using AutoCAD. The survey will normally take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the complexity of your property.

• Provide a basic layout for you to look at and ensure we have interpreted your requirements correctly.

• Submit for relevant statutory approvals such as Planning Permission and Building Regulations.

• We can also produce further detailed design beyond what is required for Local Authority Approval such as electrical and plumbing layouts to enable your contractors to more accurately cost the works.
